  Computer Science is unmistakably the most prestigious sought after course today. Computer Engineers' Technical Association (CETA) is the backbone of the department which aims at student personality development and placement.

The asssociation organises placement training activities which include aptitude and resume preparation, group discussion, mock interview and lot of student contests.

CETA's ,National level symposium titled "SAHANA - the battle of technocratz", SUBIKSHA, computer skill development programme for school children , SURABHI, vacation computer training programme for college students organised every year has got good credits from its participants.The assocition sponsors various awards like CETA Gold, CETA Silver, CETA Bronze, Ada Lovelace award,Shakuntala Devi award and Golden Cheetah awards for the best performing CSE students in various aspects.

  Infrastructure

  CSE department is modernized with advanced intel's Core 2 Quad

and Duo processors with 17" TFT Monitors and recent software enabling the students to work both in Windows and Linux platform. The department is renowed than other colleges for its exposure towards open source technologies like php, Ajax, Joomla, JavaScript, JQuery, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc and thus enabling the student to get better placement.
